Giving USMAI library users access to more than 15k datasets, training resources, and more.

Faculty, staff, and students interested in ICPSR: Please contact a staff member at your library and ask about scheduling a Welcome and Walkthrough with ICPSR's Anna Shelton. Library staff can contact Katia Fowler with questions.

The USMAI Library Consortium is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2021 the entire consortium joined the Inter-university Consortium for Political & Social Research (ICPSR).

The group membership provides all authorized library users in all USMAI member institutions with access to more than 15,000 ICPSR datasets, training resources, and other services.

By becoming ICPSR members, USMAI also joins nearly 800 other global members in supporting the ICPSR missions of data stewardship and encouraging the use of research data in teaching and learning.

Attend a New Member Orientation

ICPSR is hosting two sessions in April to introduce staff at USMAI libraries to the data and resources available as part of our new membership.

Visit the event page in the Member Portal for more information and to register.

Note: The Council of Library Directors (CLD) voted to join ICPSR during their Nov. 19, 2020 meeting.
